To send large files, we will be using the Synology for this.

You must ask for access, and I will add you to the TIME\LargeFileShare group.  Once you are a part of the group, you can browse to https://synnas-01:5011/ and login with your domain login.

Click on the File Station icon

Go to the LargeFileShare shared folder, and create a directory for your files, using your username.  That way we can know who the files belong to.

Browse into your folder, and upload the file you want to share.

Once the file is uploaded, right click on the file, and choose share.  You should get a url to send to the person who is supposed to download the file.

You can set a validity period and other things.

Once the person has downloaded the file, be sure to delete the document to free up space.
