To reset a locked-out user, an Options Database admin must select Users & Privileges under the Maintenance menu:

Search for user and click Edit link:

Then uncheck the Locked Out checkbox:

If user does not know password he/she can click on the Forgot Password? link on the Option Database login page to request a reset:
