Price List file must reside on Cosmo. Put in \\azr-eus-fs01\EpicorData\Companies\Reports\TMC\LaceyEarley\filename.csv and then used that, not the mapped drive.

Procedure:

• Customer Relationship Management > Setup > Price List > click Price List button > Search > double-click current price list > Actions > Export > Enter the Export filename > click Submit.
• The file will export to the MfgWrk803 directory. IT will copy the csv file to the user's Reports directory on the Progress server to edit.
• The rows that are exported must be imported back in for the new price list.
• To Import the new price list from the csv file:
• Create a new price list > enter description, start date, end date, and currency > Save.
• Actions > Import > Enter the entire server path for the filename (i.e. \\Cosmo\MfgSysData\Reports\LaceyE\filename.csv - and don't forget the .csv)> click Submit.
• All import columns must be the exact same as export or you will get an error log in your Z:\ Reports folder.
