In Service Calls, there is no ability to change a Customer once they have been added to a Call. We have made a Updatable Dashboard that will let you do this though!
Service Management > Field Service > General Operations > Change FS Call Customer
To change the Customer, change the CustNum, ShipToNum, and Bill To Num. You can search for the value in the bottom section of the dashboard by inputting the CustID. If you use the CustID in the CustNum field, you will get an error, or potentially change it to the wrong company.
Type in your CallNum and Hit the Refresh button.
Type in the CustID in the bottom table search field, and hit the Refresh again to get the CustNum of the customer you want to change the Call to. Type that CustNum into the 3 fields below, then click the Save icon to change the record.
Also note, if the Check Duplicate PO field is CHECKED, and the PO Num field is BLANK, you must fill in the PO Number on the Service Call before you are able to change the Customer.
To go to the Service Call quickly, you can right-click on the CallNum in the table, Open With..., then Service Call Entry.
