This section explains how to complete Job Operations.

1. Open Job Adjustment.

If not in Favorites: Menu > Production Management > Job Management > General Operation > Job Adjustment.

2. Enter the job number and press the TAB key.

The job number is usually the sales number with “-1-1” at the end.

3. Select the corresponding Operation from the menu.

i. LiftRec – when the aerial is received

ii. BodyRec – when the body is received

iii. ChassisRec – when the chassis is received

iv. QA - last operation on the job

4. Enter your employee number and press the TAB key or use the Employee button to

search.

5. Enter 1 for the Labor Qty.

6. Select the Opr Complete checkbox.

7. Select the Adjust button.
