  2. In your tool tray, find the icon that looks like the Epicor icon.  You may have to use the up arrow to see the additional icons
  3. Right click the icon and select 'Restore'
  4. Once you open up the system monitor, you have 4 tabs.  Anything n these tabs will be related to your current login.
    1. Reports - reports you have printed, and either are recent or you have archived them.  You can reprint reports from this screen.
    2. Active Tasks - anything that you are currently running, reports, processes, etc.
    3. History Tasks - anything that you have run recently, over the last week or so.  under History Tasks, you have 3 other tabs
      1. Task Detail - this will show some details, and if the task completed successfully or not.
      2. Report Detail - some details about reports
      3. Report/Task Logs - this is the tab you will look at for details about an error if one occurs.  It also has multiple lines if your task goes through multiple steps.
    4. Scheduled Tasks - anything that you have scheduled to run.  Oftentimes you can double click these items to see the parameters they will run with also.
    5. Any of the tabs can be grouped and filered, or sorted.
