"Hot" keys

Hot keys can be programmed to call help, call logs, Delete (Not Recommended), search and others.

To set a Hot Key you must be in the desired entry screen. Then choose Tools > Options

Hot Keys tab. Choose a Command and the Short Cut key.

I wouldn't normally use Hot keys used for other things, like F1 is normally the hot key fro the Help Menu.
