Connecting to your work desktop using Ninja
- Once the end user has accepted the invitation and completed the process to create their account, they can log in by simply navigating to the proper instance of Ninja on their web browser https://app.ninjarmm.com/ and entering their credentials.
2. Once they are logged in, they'll see a page that list the device(s) that you granted them access to.
3. To connect to a device, they can hover their cursor over the select and select one of the remote access methods that you made available to them.
4. You will need to install Teamviewer on your computer, You can either go to the main Teamviewer website and download the latest version using this link: https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/download/windows/ , or you can initiate the remote session in your ninja console which will have a link ,“Highlighted in Yellow Below”, which you click and allow to download the latest Teamviewer application onto your computer. Once Teamviewer has been download go ahead and proceed with installing the application.

b. Once Teamviewer is installed on your computer reinitialize your teamviewer connection. Wait a few minutes for the Open Teamviewer pop up to open. Select Open Teamviewer.
5. “REMINDER” You will need to sign out of your work computer before you end your remote Teamviewer session due to your work computer being stayed logged on as you which is security risk. The following steps show how to sign out of a Windows machine:
a. Navigate to the bottom left hand side of your desktop window and right click the Windows start icon. Select “Shutdown or Sign Out”, Select “Sign Out”. After you sign out you can close your Teamviewer Remote session Ex.
