Had issues with downloading an update for iPad Pro 10.5". I factory reset the iPad to solve the issue, which cause another one where the iPad refused to activate. These are the steps taken to resolve that.


- Turn off iPhone/iPad

- Open iTunes on computer

- Hold down home button on iPhone/iPad and plug the USB into computer

-> (Do not plug in USB before holding down the home key)

- Click restore on iTunes and update when asked.


There seemed to be an issue with the firmware once the iPad was reset. Doing this fixed the issue.


If the Apple updates won't download, try downloading them on the Versalift guest wifi. That's the only way I was able to download them.
