1. If Look for Buyer in the menu
  2. Once the Buyer screen is open, either search for the Buyer you wish to modify, or you can enter a new unique code for the new buyer
  3. If you are modifying an existing user (adding an authorized user) select the Buyer you wish to add the user as an authorized user to.
  4. Click on the New Authorized User link
  5. Start typing the username, and the system should fill in the rest
  6. Click the save button at the top
  7. If you are creating a new Buyer, you can enter the new unique buyer code into the Buyer code box, then tab.  The system will ask you to confirm if this is a new entry.
  8. If the user is already in the system, do a search using the Person/Contact button to select the correct person to link to this buyer.  
  9. Fill in the rest of the information, then add an authorized user.  Do not set System Default on any new buyers, as you can only have 1 system default.
  10. Fill in the email address to use the PO emailing capabilities.
