Go to these 2 paths on your PC, and delete any files located in these folders.

Epicor 700:

C:\ProgramData\Epicor\erp.versalift.com-443\3.2.700.0\UserConfig

C:\ProgramData\Epicor\eus-erpsso.versalift.com-443\3.2.700.0\UserConfig

Epicor 10.2.400

C:\ProgramData\Epicor\eus-apgw.versalift.com-443\3.2.400.0\UserConfig

C:\ProgramData\Epicor\eus-erpsso.versalift.com-443\3.2.400.0\UserConfig

There was a user config file located in that path that was empty. Deleting the config file allowed it to be re-created
