1. Go to the Windows search bar and type in Update.
2. Press enter on the Check for updates selection so it takes you to the update page.
3. Click on the Check for updates button (highlighted in the above picture). Let this run so Windows can download and install any pending updates.
4. If you see a section below the update button regarding a Feature update  or an Optional update, go ahead and click the Download and install now blue text. Clicking the update button alone won't install these.

NOTE: You may have to repeat this process a few times if you're doing this to get rid of the "Message from Time: Reboot" popup.
