When user changes network password they have to update their password in the Konica to scan to their printer.

• Open up http://10.20.80.50/wcd/spa_main.html to access the printer interface.
• Click Log in in bottom right corner to login as Public User
• Click on Store Addresses - Address Book - In the Search from pick SBM and hit GO.
• Click on yours and click on Edit.  Scroll down and enter in your new network password. Hit OK
• You should be able to scan to your folder then.  
• If it doesn't work - log out of your pc and back in in case you haven't done that since you changed your password.
