If this error comes up - hit OK:

Then in Access go to Tools - Security - Workgroup Admin:

Will need to set to the actual workgroup instead of the 'roaming' group.  This will come up and click "Join"

Then click Browse - go to the "L" Drive - Databases - Database Management - there is only one MDW file to pick.

After you pick that you will want to hit OK:

Then OK Again: 

And OK one more time:  

After this - just go to to File - and open the Fleet DB once again and it will open as usual.
