If you are having issues accessing the new Epicor Icons under the new folder please follow the instructions below to remove your Desktop from your OneDrive Backup sync.


 


1. On your computer search for OneDrive and select to open the folder. This will initiate the OneDrive service to start if the service requires you to sign back in.

 



 


2. Once the service initiates you will need to navigate to the bottom right corner of your desktop and click on the blue OneDrive Cloud Icon to bring up the settings gear Icon > Select the gear icon > Select the Settings option. (If your OneDrive cloud Icon does not show on the taskbar as shown below you might need to expand your icons by selecting the up arrow on the left side of the icon shown below.)

 



3. Under the “Sync and Backup” window you will want to select the Manage Backup option > You will want to unselect the Desktop toggle as a Backup folders to PC feature.

 



 


4. Select to Stop backup.


 


5. All done now, you can close and view your computer Desktop profile and verify the new Epicor Folders with the enclosed. If you are needing to copy or work on any documents that are in your OneDrive folder you can access this by opening your file explorer and navigating to your Onedrive Desktop folder.
