Subject Title should be "New Employee: (name of person who was hired)"

These are questions to answer in the Ticket for New Employees:

 • Are they replacing another user, if so, who? -
• What company do they work for? -
• What is their department? -
• What is their title? -
• Who do they report to (their manager)? -
• Who will the user need to be modeled after? (We need a specific user name, not a department) -
• Where will they be located? -
• Will they need a PC or laptop? -
• Will they need a desktop phone? (If they will already have one, or have a cell phone, what is their number?) -
• Will they need a cell phone? -
• Will they need email? -
 • Will they need Epicor? - 
• Epicor: What company(s) do they need access to? - 
• Epicor: What Site(s) do they need access to? - 
• Will they need Zone? If so, what do they need access to? - 
 • Are they going to be a remote user? -
• Any additional hardware/software? -
 • When will/did they begin working? -

  • Do they work the commissions?
  • Should they have access to the Machine Service Record Page?
  • Should they be able to create AR Invoices?
  • Should they be able to create and modify parts?
  • Are they allowed to create POs?
  • Are they allowed to do quantity adjustments?
