Power BI Linking to Database

1. Click the New Source button then SQL Server

2. Type in the Server name, Database name, then click OK
   1. 
3. Check the table you want to add as a data source, then click OK
   1. 
4. If/when it asks for login information, select Windows and “Use my current credentials”, then click Save.  It should only ask the first time you connect the BI to the database, after that it will remember the login.

If you need to access or change the connection, you can do it through the Data Source Settings button.
